Monthly security scan review A fresh set of eyes on your site’s security posture each month. Catches issues early, before they become the kind of problem that makes the news.
Offsite backup monitoring & verification Daily offsite backups ensure stability in the event of an error. Monitoring that backups are running is table stakes. I actually verify they’re completing successfully — because a backup that silently failed is no backup at all.
Minor content edits Small copy tweaks, image swaps — the kind of thing that always seems to get pushed to the back burner. Just send it over.
Each month you’ll get a brief recap of what was done — no jargon, no fluff. Just a simple summary of the work performed so you’re always in the loop.
What’s not included
This retainer is scoped to ongoing maintenance and minor upkeep — that’s intentionally the point. It’s not a catch-all development contract, and keeping the scope tight is what makes it reliable.
The following fall outside this agreement and would be quoted as separate projects: new features or custom development, significant design or layout changes, in-depth e-commerce management, SEO or performance audits, complex third-party integrations, and hosting or domain management unrelated to uptime and reliability.
